Multi Jet Fusion spreads a thin layer of nylon powder, jets a fusing agent where the part should be and a detailing agent at its edges, then passes heat across the bed so only the treated areas fuse. It builds full beds of parts at once with consistent mechanical properties and a fine grey finish, which makes it the go-to for functional prototypes and low-volume production.
