SLS builds parts by fusing powdered polymer with a laser, layer by layer, in a bed of loose powder that supports the part as it forms.
Why do you use SLS (Selective Laser Sintering)?
Because the powder is self-supporting, it makes geometry that other processes cannot, with no support structures to remove.
How do you use/apply SLS (Selective Laser Sintering)?
Model the part, nest as many as will fit in the build volume, print, then depowder and finish. The surface comes out matte and slightly grainy.

For functional prototypes and low-volume production of complex parts.
